Ray Rubenstein

Raymond enjoys providing a full range of audit, accounting, taxation and business advisory services to a wide variety of clients. These include businesses in property, legal services, fashion, IT and electronics. His areas of special expertise are the provision of executorship services and advising clients on business acquisitions and disposals. He trained with a central London practice and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982 before setting up his own practice. He was one of the firm’s founding partners and has been instrumental in its subsequent growth and development. In his spare time Ray enjoys supporting Spurs and playing golf.


Paresh Shah

Paresh has over 30 years’ experience in dealing with an ever growing portfolio of medium sized owner managed businesses including publishing, recruitment and property companies. His background with KPMG enables him to provide a broad strategic perspective to problem solving and an ability to “think outside the box” He has particular interest and expertise in dealing with the tax planning of groups of companies, share valuations and inheritance tax. Paresh is also a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and a partner in Parker Wood, Insolvency Practitioners. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf and bridge and loves trekking holidays.


Alan Warwick

Alan trained and qualified with Deloitte and then established and developed a very successful practice which merged with Parker Cavendish in June 2012. He is a skilful negotiator who takes an active role in all aspects of his clients’ affairs assisting them to develop their businesses and adopt effective tax planning strategies. His role includes advising on business acquisitions and disposals, raising finance, complex tax matters and company insolvency and restructuring.


Chris Carruth

Chris deals with a broad range of small and medium sized businesses and enjoys working closely with clients on business development, tax planning and problem solving as well as providing the standard compliance services. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1977 and was a partner in a central London firm until 1987, before enjoying a four year spell in industry. He joined the firm in 1991 and became a partner in 1992. His period in industry gave him considerable experience of systems development and strategic planning and these skills have proved invaluable both in assisting our clients and developing the firm’s services.


Mervyn Beth

Mervyn was a sole practitioner for many years building a practice which merged with the firm in 1998. He deals with a full range of businesses from the smallest sole traders to multi-million pound turnover companies. Mervyn has considerable experience with family owned companies as well as experience in business planning and finding solutions to the many problems which confront businesses today. He is the partner responsible for information technology reflecting his interest in the utilisation of accounting software not only for the benefit of the firm but also of the firm’s clients. He is a keen golfer and an avid Arsenal fan, particularly enjoying regular visits to The Emirates Stadium.


Marco Gazza

Marco qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1995 following two years training with the Firm. As audit compliance partner Marco heads the firm’s audit services, and he also has extensive experience in advising owner managed companies on various aspects of accounting and taxation planning. Over a number of years, Marco has also built up considerable expertise in the accounting and auditing of the charitable and legal sector. As a family man with three young children, his extracurricular activities combine his love of sport and the outdoors.


Rashmin Shah

Rashmin has considerable experience in accounting and auditing of owner managed businesses across a variety of industry sectors. With a strong background in taxation, he is also often at the forefront of dealing with all aspects of personal and business tax planning and enquiry work.  Having joined the firm in 1992 as a graduate, he qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1995 and subsequently as a Chartered Tax Adviser.  Prior to starting his training, Rashmin obtained an Honours degree in Accounting & Finance. He has a young family, takes a keen interest in cricket and football.
